> I hold the right to decline a commission if I feel uncomfortable.
📝 I have the right to increase the price if the design is more complicated than originally stated (armour, clothing details, background elements, etc.).
📝 Price must be paid upfront before I start working on the piece. All prices are in USD.
> NO refunds will be provided after I start unless circumstances prevent me from finishing the piece. In that event I will provide a full refund.
📝 You are responsible for providing full references for character(s)/items/setting being commissioned.
📝 Up to 2 major revisions are free during sketch and base colour phase. Additional major revisions after these phases will be subject to cost.
> I will provide updates throughout process in case additional minor adjustments are needed.
📝 The piece should be finished within 1 month of commission confirmation.
📝 The final product will be delivered in a google drive link, please save it in a safe spot! The link will expire in one (1) month from generation.
The commission CANNOT be used for commercial/profit or NFT use, please only commission for personal use.✔ OK: personal pfp use (no need for credit but it's appreciated <3), non-profit use, as references for other artists, etc.❌ NOT OK: As stream assets/in monetized video products (exception: PngTuber), in merchandise or resold, in AI training, for NFT use etc.For asset/monetization use, I typically have a 15% surcharge on top of the final price.
